  1. INTRODUCTION
    1. The following contains details of delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to products bought from our website.
  2. DELIVER METHODS
    1. Products should be delivered within 4 working days from 9.00hrs to 19.00hrs. We will always contact you beforehand to inform you of delivery day. We will do our best to deliver in time
    2. You are requested to follow the instructions at checkout and fill in the requested details correctly.
    3. All deliveries must be received in person at the address confirmed at checkout. A signature is required to confirm delivery.
    4. When you place an order please fill in the delivery details properly. Check and confirm they are correct. We will not be responsible for items not delivered due to wrong delivery details.
    5. If delivery of product is undelivered, the delivery courier will leave a note at you address with instructions to collect your product from our Pen Shop.
  3. DELIVERY CHARGES
      1. Free delivery on all orders over Euro 30.00 will apply to Malta addresses.
      2. Delivery charge of Euro 5.99 is to be charged for all orders less than Euro 30.00.
      3. Delivery charge of Euro 5.99 is to be charged, irrespective of the value, to all Gozo addresses.
      4. A Discount of 10% is to be deducted from the value of the order IF PICKUP from our Pen Shop is chosen. (See Store Locator)
  4. RETURNS POLICY
    1. Save any legal right you might have to return the goods you purchased, we accept that you return goods purchased under the following conditions:
      1. You return the product within 5 days from when you have received it
      2. The product is unused
      3. You return the product yourself to our premises.
    2. Save any legal right you might have to return the goods you purchased, you may be able to exchange the returned goods with other goods of equal value. Alternatively you could be refunded the price of your purchase in cash less 18%(VAT already paid). Any delivery charges you would have incurred would not be refunded
  5. DELIVERY SHORTCOMINGS
      1. If after two attempts of delivery the products remain undelivered, the delivery courier will leave a note at your address with instructions on how to collect your product from our premises
  6. DELIVERY DETAILS
    1. When you place an order please fill in the delivery address details. Check and confirm they are correct. We will not be responsible for items that do not arrive due to wrong delivery details.
  7. CANCELLATION POLICY
    1. If for any reason you want to cancel the order before we deliver within the stipulated 4 working days period you can contact us to make the cancellation. In this case you may opt to exchange the goods you cancelled with other goods at our shop, at equal value. Alternatively you could also be refunded the price of your purchase in cash, less 18% (VAT) of the value.
